Job Description:

Maintenance Technician is responsible to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality
of premises and equipment. To carry out planned and responsive repairs and installations as required in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance assigned to him. This includes the repair and troubleshooting of HVAC, Refrigeration
System, Boilers, Gensets and other equipment alike. To maintain the facilities and common areas in the best possible condition. To be willing to up-skill and develop, to enable completion of all types of multi-skilled work

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/College degree graduate or vocational course on Mechanical or Electrical
Certificate in HVAC will be a plus
Preferably with at least 1-2 years experience as a maintenance technician
Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
Perform daily check-up of facilities, equipment & premises Assist in the setup of equipment, refrigeration and other systems
Perform manual repairs when necessary
Reports problems to immediate supervisor
Observe and follow safety rules and regulation
Ensures execution of quality and food safety standards in compliance with Maintenance Operations.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager.
With knowledge and experience in boiler and refrigeration
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools and devices
Knowledgeable in applicable Food Safety Management Systems and principles(e.g. FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GMP and HACCP
Ability to maintain focus while working individually
Team working skills
Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
Strong time management skills
Prior exposure to fruit processing, beverage bottling, or food-grade manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
