Pandan Pearl Syrup

A silky, aromatic dessert syrup made with Golden A Sago't Gulaman Syrup, delivering a classic taste of a beloved Filipino dessert. Infused with the sweet, nutty essence of pandan and paired with soft, chewy pearls, it offers a nostalgic blend of flavors and textures.

Time: 20-30 minutes
Serving: 6-8 pax

Ingredients

- 1 cup quick-cook tapioca pearls
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1-2 pandan leaves (or 1 tsp pandan extract)

Procedure

1. Boil pearls: Boil water, add pearls, cook for 10-15 minutes until soft. Drain.
2. Make syrup: In another pot, combine sugar, water, and pandan. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
3. Combine: Add pearls to syrup, mix, and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
