Ingredients
- 1 cup quick-cook tapioca pearls
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1-2 pandan leaves (or 1 tsp pandan extract)

Procedure
1. Boil pearls: Boil water, add pearls, cook for 10-15 minutes until soft. Drain.
2. Make syrup: In another pot, combine sugar, water, and pandan. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
