- 150g Dried Meat / Cured Ham slices
- Mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- Balsamic vinaigrette

Procedure
1. Wash and prep all greens and vegetables.
2. Slice the cured meat into thin ribbons.
